Colleague develop and provide adaptable recruitment software systems and consultancy. We were commissioned as the lead consultancy to revitalise the brand identity and communications in a crowded and predictable sector. The new brand identity included the use of plasticine to convey the key message of product adaptability. Including a vigorous ad campaign promoting the message 'Bring out your softside'.
With a long established relationship, we continue to work closely with the marketing team to monitor the business structure and nurture its values and proposition as the business grows exponentially. We create sub-brands, advertising (print and online), literature, trade shows, website, and work with the development team on their product software UI.
